Category Executive

Asır Group is a fast-growing e-commerce company managing multiple product categories and leading brands, delivering high-quality service to its clients since 2011.

To support our growth strategy and strengthen our commercial structure, we are looking for a “Category Executive” who will take an active role in managing and developing assigned product categories with a strategic and commercial mindset.

Who are we looking for

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Strong command of MS Office, with an emphasis on advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical thinking and commercial awareness
• Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions
• Team-oriented, proactive, and result-driven mindset
• High sense of responsibility and ownership
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Graduated from one of Turkey’s leading universities

Your Challenge

• Managing assigned product categories with a strategic and commercial perspective
• Analyzing category performance (sales, profitability, growth potential) and preparing improvement plans
• Developing category strategies aligned with company growth targets
• Working closely with suppliers to optimize product assortment, pricing, and availability
• Monitoring category KPIs and preparing regular performance and trend reports
• Identifying new product and brand opportunities within the category
• Collaborating with sales, operations and logistics teams to ensure category success
• Supporting long-term and sustainable category growth through data-driven decisions
